A while ago, I saw a post on the Shoting People online community, where someone was asking for help on his short film. It involved creating and animating some assets for certain scenes. I replied to the director, Murat Kebir, and offered to help. He seemed to like my work and we agreed on working together.
The short now is on its last stages and I am done with my contribution. I wouldn’t be showing parts of the film prior to its release but as far as I am concerned, my work on this shot will not be used. So I guess it makes it ok for me to show this. It is only to show my attempt to create an invisible effect (you know, that sort of VFX that, if you make it right no one notices it). I was quite happy with the fox, I think it sits fairly well on the shot and doesn’t look too fake.
Once the short is released I should be able to show in what other shots I have contributed.
